Promo budgets were being moved by hand, to hit the ad auction before the day started. This was fine maybe one day, but midnight wake ups to confirm budget moves got old really quick (and I have trust issues with Meta rules).

I built a scheduler that follows the approved sale ramp or curve, or BAU monthly budget : budget changes, timing, campaign status and guardrails written out before the either even starts.
Budget pacing follows the plan without someone babysitting every move. Someone still approves the curve. After that the scheduler just keeps to the clock.
It reads the source material, handles the repeatable work, and follows the plan so you don’t have to.
