What's included in every tier—Greenlight

Every tier includes Greenlight—the growth intelligence engine that connects your Shopify, Klaviyo, and ad platform data into a single decision layer.

Greenlight monitors your revenue velocity, ad performance, customer segments, and channel health. It produces a daily signal card that tells you what changed, why it matters, and what to do about it. It's the foundation that makes everything else possible.

The difference between tiers isn't the intelligence—it's what happens after the intelligence surfaces an opportunity.

What counts as a Mission

A Mission is a scoped unit of work—not a vague request. Think: "restructure the Google Search campaign to reduce wasted spend" not "fix our ads." Each Mission has a defined output and a quality score.

Examples: Klaviyo flow builds, Meta creative audits, landing page restructures, Google Search campaign resets, promotional post-mortems, RFM segment refreshes, content strategy documents, competitive analysis reports.

Examples of what's NOT a Mission: full website redesigns, brand strategy from scratch, multi-week development projects. Those are Sprints.

Not ready for a retainer? Start with a Sprint.

A Sprint is a defined project with a fixed scope, timeline and price. No retainer required. See what the work looks like before you commit to the system.

Every Sprint can become a series of Missions inside a retainer. The Sprint lets you try the work. The retainer lets the system do it continuously.

Pricing FAQ

What happens if I need more Missions than my tier includes?
Additional Missions can be purchased individually. If it becomes a pattern, it may mean you're ready for the next tier.
Can I upgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remaining month.
What's the minimum commitment?
Three months. The first month is infrastructure—I connect your data, build your brand's intelligence layer, and calibrate. Month two is where Missions start compounding. Month three is where you see the system working autonomously. Anything less than three months and you're paying for setup without seeing the return.
Do unused Missions roll over?
No. Missions don't roll over month to month. The value is the capacity—the system is always running for you (Greenlight, RFM, signal detection, paid channel management). Missions are the execution layer on top. You're paying for the system being available, not banking credits.
What's NOT a Mission?
Full homepage redesigns, brand strategy from scratch, multi-week development projects. These are Sprints—standalone projects with their own scope and pricing.
How do I submit a Mission?
You submit a brief via email with a clear objective, the context needed, and the expected output. The system validates the brief and confirms it's queued for overnight execution.

Your first morning briefing is closer than you think.

A 20-minute call is all it takes. I'll look at your data, show you what the system sees, and tell you whether I'm the right fit.
