Privacy, in plain English.

If you submit the contact form, I receive the details you typed: name, email, brand and your message. The site uses standard Shopify analytics to count visits and page views. I don't run advertising pixels on this site, and I don't buy, sell or rent visitor data.

To reply to you and prepare for the call you asked for. You won't be added to a mailing list because you filled in a form. If I ever run a newsletter, joining it will be a separate, explicit opt-in.

Client work means access to platforms like Shopify, Meta, Google and Klaviyo. That access lives in accounts the client owns, is used only for the engaged work, and is removed when the engagement ends. Client performance data is never shared between clients and never published with a name attached without written approval.

Enquiries live in email and the systems behind this Shopify store. Operational data lives in access-controlled tooling. Credentials are stored in dedicated secret management, not in documents or spreadsheets.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email michael@strivefortone.com and it will be actioned within 30 days.
