I built a planning module that turns the target into daily pacing, spend curves, traffic lights and decision thresholds.

The sale gets forecast on historical data before the pressure arrives. Everyone can see what the day needs to do, when spend should move, and when you need to step in.

It reads the source material, formulates the forecast, and gives a realistic view on what’s actually possible for the sale.
