Frequently Asked Questions
Real questions about the system, Missions, pricing, and how I work with clients.
The System
How does the overnight system work?
You submit Mission briefs in the evening. The system also generates its own from the intelligence layer, based on what your data is telling us. Overnight, each Mission executes against your brand's specific data and context. Every output is quality-scored before delivery. Your morning briefing arrives with completed Missions, a signal verdict across your channels, and recommended actions for the day.

What's Greenlight?
Greenlight is the growth intelligence engine included in every tier. It connects your Shopify, Klaviyo, and ad platform data into a single decision layer. It produces daily signal cards that tell you what changed, why it matters, and what to do about it. It monitors MER, revenue velocity, creative fatigue, audience saturation, and more.
Is this just AI-generated content?
Every output is built on your brand's specific data—your products, your customer segments, your creative history, your performance benchmarks. Generic tools produce generic output. This produces work that's specific enough to ship. If it doesn't meet the quality bar, it doesn't reach you.
Missions
What's a Mission?
A Mission is a scoped unit of work with a clear objective, a defined output, and a quality score. Think: "build a 4-email welcome series for segment X" not "improve our email." Each Mission has a brief, a deliverable, and a quality assessment.

What counts as a Mission?
Klaviyo flow builds, Meta creative audits, landing page restructures, Google Search campaign resets, promotional post-mortems, RFM segment refreshes, content strategy documents, competitive analysis reports. Scoped work with a defined output.
What doesn't count as a Mission?
Full website redesigns, brand strategy from scratch, multi-week development projects. Those are Sprints—standalone projects with their own scope and pricing.
How do I submit a Mission?
You submit a brief via email with a clear objective, the context needed, and the expected output. The system validates the brief and confirms it's queued for overnight execution.
Pricing
What's the difference between the tiers?
Foundation ($4,500/month) gives you intelligence and visibility. Growth System ($8,500/month) adds Mission execution—up to 10 per month. Strategic Partner ($15,000/month) adds system-generated Missions, a fractional growth team, and priority queue.
Do unused Missions roll over?
No. Missions don't roll over month to month. The value is the capacity—the system is always running for you (Greenlight, RFM, signal detection, paid channel management). Missions are the execution layer on top. You're paying for the system being available, not banking credits.
What's the minimum commitment?
Three months. The first month is infrastructure—I connect your data, build your brand's intelligence layer, and calibrate. Month two is where Missions start compounding. Month three is where you see the system working autonomously. Anything less than three months and you're paying for setup without seeing the return.
Can I start with a Sprint before committing?
Yes—that's exactly what Sprints are for. A Sprint is a defined project with a fixed scope, timeline, and price. No retainer required. See what the work looks like before you commit to the system.
Working Together
How many brands do you work with?
Multiple, each with its own intelligence layer built on its own data. Not a white-labelled dashboard with the logo swapped. Each brand gets specific context—products, audience, tone of voice, competitive landscape, performance history.
Do you work with brands outside food/FMCG?
Yes—apparel, services, any brand with a Shopify store and growth ambitions. The system is built on e-commerce data infrastructure, not a single category.
Where are you based?
Gold Coast, Australia. All clients are remote. The system runs overnight regardless of timezone—in fact, timezone differences make the morning briefing model even more effective.
