How It Works

How It Works

No black boxes. Here's what happens between your evening submission and your morning briefing.

The pipeline

Three phases. Evening to morning. Submission to delivery.

Evening

Submit your Mission brief

You submit a Mission brief—a Klaviyo flow, a creative refresh, an ad audit, a landing page fix. Or the system queues one from its own intelligence, based on what your data is telling us.

The brief gets validated before it enters the queue. Is the scope clear? Is the objective measurable? Are the right data sources available? Valid Missions enter the overnight queue. Vague requests get flagged.

Overnight

The system executes and scores

Each Mission runs against your brand's context layer. This isn't a generic tool processing a generic prompt. It's infrastructure built on your data—your products, your customer segments, your creative history, your performance benchmarks.

The system executes the Mission—builds the flow, writes the audit, generates the analysis. Then the output gets quality-scored against defined criteria. Did it address the brief? Is it complete? Are the recommendations specific and actionable?

If it passes, it's packaged for your briefing. If it doesn't, it's flagged with the reason and either re-run or escalated for manual review.

Morning

Your briefing arrives

Your briefing arrives with completed Missions, a signal verdict across your channels (green, amber, or red), and recommended actions for the day.

You review, approve, push back, or ship. Anything you push back on becomes a refined Mission for the next cycle. The system learns from the feedback.

The intelligence layer—Greenlight

Greenlight is the growth intelligence engine that powers the system. It connects your Shopify revenue data, ad platform performance, Klaviyo engagement metrics, and customer segmentation into a single decision layer.

What it produces

Daily signal cards that tell you what changed overnight and whether it matters. Trend detection across 7, 14, and 30-day windows. Anomaly alerts when something breaks pattern. Budget recommendations based on current performance, not last month's report.

How it feeds Missions

At the Strategic Partner tier, Greenlight generates Missions autonomously. It spots creative fatigue and queues a refresh. Detects a segment shift and queues a flow update. Identifies a budget opportunity and recommends reallocation. The system doesn't wait for you to notice—it acts on what the data is already saying.

The system knows your brand

This is the answer to "isn't this just another AI tool?"

Each brand gets its own intelligence layer built on its own data. Not a white-labelled dashboard with the logo swapped. Not a template that works the same way for a coffee roaster as it does for an apparel brand.

Product performance
Customer segments
Creative assets
Tone of voice
Competitive landscape
Seasonal patterns
The intelligence compounds over time. Every week of data makes the system sharper. Every Mission refines the brand knowledge. Six months in, the overnight system knows your business better than most agencies learn in a year.

What it's not

Not a chatbot you prompt

You don't type questions and get answers. You submit Mission briefs with defined objectives and receive completed work with quality scores.

Not a dashboard you check

The system sends you a briefing. You don't log in and look at charts. The intelligence comes to you, synthesised and actionable.

Not a template engine

Every output is built on your brand's specific data and context. Two brands on the same tier get completely different deliverables because they have completely different businesses.

Not a replacement for strategy

You set the direction. You decide what matters. The system executes at a speed and consistency that would be impossible manually—but the strategic judgment is yours.
